Plans and Specifications
We like to keep things simple. After we are invited to bid or send a proposal for the project, we require only the layout with dimensions of the kitchen and bath space, elevation drawings if available and detailed specifications of the desired materials and components for the cabinetry.
Bidding/Competitive
We are very confident of our ability to bring the best quality kitchen and bath cabinetry for the most competitive price. Tonusa has extensive experience in participating in the bidding process or simply provide our clients with a cost proposal and computer-generated graphic rendering of the cabinets being offered.
Confirmation and Timeline
Tonusa can offer ready to assemble (RTA) solid wood cabinets stocked in our U.S. warehouses or create cabinets that are custom-designed and built for the project’s needs. We pride ourselves with being able to offer shorter timelines from confirmed order to delivery of the cabinetry. All orders will be confirmed before production with a reasonable deposit and delivery will be made based on the agreed-to schedules.
Production and Status Reports
Production time for our custom-order cabinets typically takes 8-10 weeks depending on complexity of design and production conditions. Ordering our stocked wood cabinets can take as little as 3-5 days depending on availability of all required inventory items. Whichever the case, Tonusa will provide it’s best estimated fulfillment schedule and give regular status reports to make sure the project management team is well-informed.
Delivery and Inspection
We understand that the delivery of the kitchen and bath cabinets is not the end of the order process for our client but actually the beginning. We coordinate the delivery process carefully keeping the project’s unique needs, circumstances and schedule in mind. We inspect every package and part to ensure the cabinets arrive in complete and in perfect condition.
